We are thrilled to announce that a generous supporter has pledged to match every dollar you contribute to the Virginia Thoroughbred Project (VTP) Endowment Fund during the remainder of this year, up to $200,000!
Foundation
- VTP has built a strong foundation over the past five years, aiding horses in their transition to a safe and fulfilling life post-racing.
- We offer educational enrichment opportunities to local youth and community members to learn the importance of being a steward of care, respect, and growth through responsible horsemanship.
- VTP provides a healing space for U.S. Military Veterans. VTP is a crucial resource, where people help horses and horses inspire healing in those who need it most.
Future
Our goal is to generate enough annual income to cover farm expenses, making VTP self-sustaining, thereby creating the ability to support more at-risk horses. Additionally, we plan to expand our enrichment programs with the Boys & Girls Club of America and Wounded Warrior Project.
